Location

Campialba is located close to the beach in beautiful Hervey Bay.

Known for having one of the mildest climates in Australia, Hervey Bay is Internationally renowned for being the gateway to Fraser Island and the whale watching capital of the world.

Located a scenic 3.5 hour drive north of Brisbane or only 45 minutes by plane. Hervey bay boasts activities to suit all tastes. Ranging from water sports hire or daytrips to either Fraser Island or the historical citys of Maryborough and Childers, through to whale watching, the acclaimed Shark display and the Hervey Bay Aquarium.

The facilities at Campialba are conveniently located to all of Hervey Bay's attractions and is walking distance to both protected public beaches and parks.

Catering

Campialba is a fully catered camp-site, and supplies all crockery and cutlery. Home style meals, enough to satisfy healthy appetites, are the order of the day.

• 12 Cabins with 9 bunks in each (8 people maximum in each cabin)
• 4 Double Rooms
• Large dining room
• Separate conference room
• OHP and Video player available upon request

• Lounge room with pool tables
• Indoor recreation facilities (incl. table tennis & basketball court)
• Sports field
• Sporting equipment (incl. trampolines, roller skates)
• Junior play area - fenced off

Bookings

Tentative bookings will be accepted by telephone.

To confirm bookings, please contact Campialba to obtain a copy of the booking form. Then print, complete and return to the address supplied as soon as possible, together with your $250.00 deposit.

Minimum Numbers

The minimum number of campers at Campialba is 25 unless special arrangements are made at time of booking.

For small groups a second booking may be accepted.

Duties

During camp a group of 2-4 people will be required to assist with serving of meals at each meal time.

At conclusion of camp, the campers will be given cleaning duties prior to leaving.

Other Information

• Mattresses are supplied, campers will need to bring their own bed linen, blankets & pillows.
• See site plan (on back page) for layout of Campialba�s facilities.
• Each group is to provide their own first-aid equipment and supplies.
