Conditions of Hire

  1. Campialba is Church property and an appropriate standard of behaviour is to be maintained at all times. We value the continued support of our neighbours.
  2. Smoking is not permitted in or near buildings. Illegal drugs, gambling or the consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the site. Failure to comply with these conditions may lead to suspension of occupancy.
  3. The Camp Leader is to contact Campialba staff upon arrival.
  4. Campialba is situated in a residential area, and courtesy must be extended to our neighbours at all times. The Public Address system is not to be used before 7am, nor later than 10pm. Loud music is not permitted. Lights in Cabins, Dining Hall, Auditorium and Recreation hall to be out by 10:30pm.
  5. All breakages and loss of Camp Property must be reported to Campialba staff and arrangements made for payment. P.A. System, Video player, Piano etc. will only be available to and used by a responsible person.
  6. All vehicles are to be parked in the Car-park, except for the loading and unloading of vehicles, unless approved by management.
  7. Mattresses are to remain in cabins at all times. Furniture in any of the buildings is not to be relocated without consent of Campialba Staff.
